TWC's Constitution gives TWC's members the ability to change the very essence of TWC or to allow it's members to just play the games we play. If you are interested in becoming a leader, or applying more of yourself then the option is yours. It is this Constitution that gives the members of TWC the flexibility to do and become what ever they wish within TWC.The Wrecking Crew's constitution is what governs our Clan; it is our fundamental laws and principles that guides TWC into being what we are. Every Wrecker must understand that he/she is part of something bigger then just a game or a gaming community. Every Wrecker is part of an online family, the TWC family.

In The Wrecking Crew the Clan comes first! We established the TWCClan on January 29th 2004. Our basic Clan principle is to establish a presence in as many online games as we can. We are looking to “Grow”. Growth, although difficult at first is what keeps TWC alive.Many gamers, Wreckers included, get bored, frustrated or just wish to try something different. As a Clan Wreckers can and still maintain their TWC image. As a Clan, Wreckers can draw upon the resources available when trying to set up a presence in a new game. Having these resources available before hand reduces many of the hurdles that come with setting up a new presence.

With this Constitution and the The Wrecking Crew's Clan Council, we have the ability to grow and the stability to maintain ourselves. The Clan Council is made up of members who are leaders in the games TWC has a presence in. The Council is also made up of elected members and members of TWC who partake in keeping the day to day operations of TWC flowing.The Clan Council members are there to administer the public policy and the affairs of The Wrecking Crew Clan. All Clan Council members observe the Constitution of TWC just as any other member of TWC does. Together with it's members the Clan Council maintains TWC as an Online Gaming Clan, together we keep TWC ALIVE! This Constitution is broken into seven Statutes. Each Statute contains several Laws which guides us. The Seven Statutes are

5. Code of Conduct
6. Game Presence
7. Disciplinary Action
